Greetings and welcome to the online home of the Rolling Hills/Palos Verdes Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated (RHPVACDST). Delta Sigma Theta was founded on January 13, 1913 by twenty-two African-American students on the campus of Howard University. Our sorority's rich legacy of sisterhood, scholarship and service is the foundation for which we stand upon. 

We honor the vision of our 22 Founders and are privileged to continue our uncompromising commitment to communities through service, leadership and empowerment. We are privileged to continue the legacy of our Founders in a new century of commitment to public service through the sorority's Five-Point Programmatic Thrust:
