Living History Museum
Scholarship Competition
Students will write and submit an original 800-1000 word essay based on the following prompt:
The American Library Association reports that it is seeing "a rising number of challenges to books that deal with racism and Black American history." How do these challenges to books in the classrooms or the libraries impact students and what can you do to improve this grave situation?
