Annual Dues
Annual dues can be submitted using the information below. Visit the Member Portal on the National Website to access your profile and other dues related information including forms and tables not provided on this page.
Dues for the fiscal year from January 1, 2026, to December 31, 2026, are due and payable to National Headquarters from July 1, 2025, to October 15, 2025. Please refer to the 2026 Annual Dues Renewal Form below to confirm the amount you owe. You are required to submit the 2026 Annual Dues Renewal Form to our Financial Secretary along with your dues payment.
All 2026 dues payments must be received by our Financial Secretary no later than Monday, October 6, 2025. This allows the Financial Secretary to verify receipt of the 2026 Annual Dues Renewal Form and the correct dues amount, take payments to the Treasurer, and record the information in the Red Zone. If you are paying via PayPal, see the separate directions and deadlines below.
Submitting Your Dues via PayPal
To submit your payment online, choose the correct amount of dues from the PayPal drop down menu below, then email your completed form to rhpvacdst.finsec@gmail.com. All dues listed in the PayPal drop down menu are for the January 1, 2026 - December 31, 2026 fiscal year (or FY26).
If you are paying your FY26 dues via PayPal after the October 6, 2025 deadline mentioned above, but before December 31, 2025, you should select "Late Regular Dues after Oct15-Dec31" from the dropdown menu.
Due to the delay in processing PayPal payments at the end of each month, our fiscal officers request that you do not submit any payments between the 25th and last day. If possible, please wait to submit on or after the 1st of the next month.
